Principle

 

The high-speed colloid mill is driven by a motor through a belt drive to rotate the rotor and stator at high speed. The material to be processed is pressurized by its own weight or external pressure (can be generated by a pump) to generate a downward spiral impact force. Through the colloid mill, the stator and the rotating teeth are When the gap between the two is subject to strong shear force, friction, high-frequency vibration and other physical effects, the material is effectively emulsified, dispersed and crushed, achieving the effect of ultra-fine crushing and emulsification of the material.
