Product Introduction

Intermittent The high-shear emulsifying machine, also called emulsifying head, homogeneous emulsifying head, and dispersing emulsifying head, has strong high-shear dispersing ability, which can make the material disperse and emulsify evenly and finely in an instant. After high-frequency cycles, it is finally stabilized of high quality products. Depending on the materials, different emulsifying heads and installation positions are used, the highest pressure can reach 16 bar, and the highest temperature is 160°C. It is suitable for dispersing and grinding product materials in industries such as biology, medicine, cosmetics, food, coatings, inks, color pastes, dyes, and pesticides. Especially it plays an important role in the processes of absorption, hydrogenation, oxidation, sulfurization and so on.
