Device Introduction

Pipeline dispersing homogenizing emulsifying machine, also known as online homogenizing emulsifying machine and continuous homogenizing emulsifying machine, is a high-performance equipment used for continuous production or cyclic processing of fine materials. The working chamber is equipped with a set of high-precision multi-tooth stator and rotor. After the material is sheared, dispersed, emulsified and homogenized at high speed by the stator and rotor, the ideal processing effect is achieved.

Phase 1

The pump rotor in the precision-machined mixing head rotates at high speed to force liquid and solid materials into the rotor/stator assembly.

Phase 2

Centrifugal force drives the material to the periphery of the work head, where it is subjected to milling action in the finishing gap between the ends of the rotor blades and the inner wall of the stator.

Stage 3

The material is extruded from the holes on the stator at high speed and passes through the machine outlet and pipe. At the same time, the material is continuously sucked into the working head to maintain the mixing and pumping cycle.
