Device introduction

The equipment is suitable for processing fine materials and has high requirements for grinding and shearing. Level three 12-layer stator and rotor structure.

Phase 1

The pump rotor in the precision-machined mixing head rotates at high speed to force liquid and solid materials into the rotor/stator assembly

Phase 2

Centrifugal force drives the material to the periphery of the work head, where it is subjected to milling action in the finishing gap between the ends of the rotor blades and the inner wall of the stator.

Stage 3

The material is extruded from the holes on the stator at high speed and passes through the machine outlet and pipe. At the same time, the material is continuously sucked into the working head to maintain the mixing and pumping cycle.
