The traditional technology and equipment in the rice refining process are:
Ordinary colloid mill
The rice is soaked and ground through 2 colloid mills in series. This is the mainstream usage method in the market. This method can be used when the target fineness is not high. The shortcomings of this method are also obvious:
① Rice needs to be soaked before entering the colloid mill for grinding. Soaking requires a soaking tank and a turnover tank, which takes up a lot of site space, soaking time, and low efficiency
② The colloid mill generates serious heat, low productivity, and difficult cleaning Inconvenience
③ Regardless of coarse grinding or fine grinding, the particle size distribution of the slurry is uneven, with large particle sizes, small particles, and large particles. Particles are always present
In view of these problems, the Slusen team developed a rice refiner based on product technology from Germany and Italy, which solved the problems of traditional processes and has obvious advantages:
① Rice does not need to be soaked, just add water and grind it online directly. The rice refiner has two inlets, one is the rice inlet and the other is the water inlet. Through the flow design, rice is inlet on one side and water is inlet on the other. After passing through the cavity, it is directly processed into Pulp. The soaking step is omitted.

Equipment principle
Rice crusher (colloid mill) fully absorbs the concepts of dry crushing and wet cutting in its structure. It can crush slurry and some granular materials, and can process dry and wet materials at the same time. For mixing and crushing, ultra-high linear speed is used to generate strong shear force to shear soft fiber materials, and the crushing effect is remarkable; secondly, ultra-fine tooth gaps are used to control the fineness of the crushed materials to achieve ultra-fine crushing. According to the requirements, the suction blade can ensure that the material is smoothly sucked in the flowing state to complete the ultra-fine crushing process.
